The new season is about to begin…
We are delighted to announce an update to our tournament calendar for the 2025-26 season.
The Northern Snooker Centre once again hosts the opening event of the season with the Jim Williamson Open. A field of 80 players will head to Leeds in early August. Although the event is full, please contact us if you would like to be added to the reserve list.
As previously announced, September sees an exciting series of events which starts with the Sydney Open at Club Marconi. After a two day break, two back-to-back events at the Papatoetoe Club in Auckland will get underway – the Barton McGill Auckland Open and the Body Corporate Administration New Zealand Open.
The superb Landywood Snooker Club will be hosting the eagerly anticipated World Billiards Championship in October for the third year running. We are very grateful to Paul Lloyd and his team at Landywood for their continued support. The six days of play (11-16th October) will also include the English Open and Women’s World Championship.
The Queensland Open returns to Redcliffe in November for the second Australian event of the season. In January, the UK Championship returns to Landywood Snooker Club. With this event being reinstated to the calendar last year after a six year gap, we are pleased this event will continue as a level 4 event over three days.
(Landywood Snooker Club will be hosting the both the World and UK Championship)
Event details which are marked as TBC will be finalised as soon as possible. Tournaments in April, May and June 2026 will be announced in due course.
We look forward to seeing you all soon!
