The UK Championship returns, and World Billiards Club 200 Open announced…
Following the recent announcement of our tournament calendar for the 2024-25 season, we can now confirm the UK-based events previously marked as TBC in January and March.
We are delighted to be reinstating the prestigious UK Championship which will be held across three days on 24-26 January 2025, sponsored by Landywood Snooker Club.
David Causier will be looking to defend his UK Championship title having lifted the trophy on its last staging in 2019.
This will be a level 4 World Ranking event, and we are very grateful to Paul Lloyd for his generous support to make this event possible. The UK Championship will follow the English Open and World Championship double-header being held earlier in the season at the same venue. Find out more about the long history of the UK Championship here.

In March, Club 200 in Manchester have agreed to host their second WBL event of the season with the World Billiards Club 200 Open.
This level 3 World Ranking event will take place on 1-2 March. We can’t wait to experience the superb playing conditions at this brand-new venue, and we extend our thanks to Simon, Thomas, Yan, Catherine and the rest of the team for their warm welcome and support at such an early stage in their venture.
As previously announced, Club 200 will also be hosting the British Open in November, for the Philip Brooke trophy.
