Jim Williamson Open – 13-14th August ’22

The first event of the 2022-23 season is the Jim Williamson Open, a level 3 World Ranking Event, being held at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds from 13-14th August. This event follows immediately after the Home Internationals Championships being played at the same venue. The tournament and trophy are named and held in honour of Jim Williamson, Billiards ambassador and enthusiast and founder of the iconic Northern Snooker Centre in 1974.

The round-robin group stages will be played on Saturday, with the knockout stage and Challenge Cup (for those not reaching the knockout stage) on Sunday.

Current Champion:

David Causier is the current Jim Williamson Open champion having beaten Peter Gilchrist in 2021. Results from the event are available here.
