Alan Alford

Alan Alford

Alan is a lifelong billiard enthusiast. He is not known as a tournament player but is nevertheless very skillful and knowledgeable about the game.

He is one of a very small number of players who can play nursery’s well . He can pass both corner and centre pockets with ease which I have not seen done by anyone else since Jack Karnehm.

Emigrating to Australia in the late 1980’s  he has played and is good friends with Joe Minichi and until ill health stopped him, he  played in a local league in Sydney.

Sadly Alan passed away in 2014 after a long illness.
