LITEtask British Open [Social Evening]

Our Social Secretary Roy Bacon has kindly arranged a meal for us at Cue Gardens on Saturday evening. 

The menu available is as follows:

 

World Billiards Dinner:

Cream of leek and potato soup, herb crustini

Classic Prawn cocktail, wholemeal bloomer

Chicken liver parfait, cranberry chutney & toasted brioche


Traditional roast turkey, with all the festive trimmings,

Red wine and cranberry braised silverside, Yorkshire pudding

Steamed salmon fillet, lemon butter sauce

Mediterranean vegetable & feta cheese casket, tomato fondue


Chocolate orange crème brulee, Chantilly cream

Mulled fruit cheesecake, sweet crumble & pouring cream

Classic Christmas pudding, cranberries & brandy sauce


The cost of the 3 course meal above is £16.95
This is a £2 discount on their regular price.
Gluten free is organised as well.

The exact time of the meal won’t be known until we have all the entries in, but is usually scheduled around 30 mins after the end of the final session.
